- The Company reters to "Zenith Marketing and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd." and Associaterefers to a person who has booked a product being provided by the company.
- The income shown in the Business plan of the company is subjected to 100% growth of the company.
- A Associate or his blood relation his father, mother, brother or unmarried sister cant't join the company in two different teams. One common sponser of any family member is compulsory. Being found defaulter his/her membership will be terminated from the company and all the due payouts will be help up.
- The value of the product voucher depends on average growth of the company in one calender year since the date of his/her product booking.
- All the payments will be made through cheque or direct paycard in the sole name of a comrade.
- Sponsor of a Associate will be cancelled on the ground of misconduct towards the company or its comrade.
- The ID No. alloted to a Associates non-transferable. However, a Associate can resign from the company with a particular ID No. and re-join the company after 3 months w.e.f the date of acceptance of resignation from the company.
- The comapny bears only and only office i.e the corporate office at 3rd Floor, Kaushalya Complex, Main Road, Hinoo, Ranchi. No Associate is allowed to any office in the name of the company as the company doesn't provide this right to any body in or abroad India.
- All the payments to the comrades will be made after the deduction of TDS as per Govt. norms and services charge @5% courier or postal charges will also be deducted from the income of comrades.
- An Associate completing 20,000 points will be given a place in the advisory commitee of the company. Constantly, on completion of 1,00,000 points he will be appointed as Chief Advisor of the company.
- Any kind of discrepancy will be subjected to Ranchi Jurisdiction.
